No rigid minimum. For 3Bird People, we recommend at least a 2-week trial sprint to validate the fit. For AI Lab, most engagements are project-based (10 days minimum to ensure quality). Ongoing retainers are available for both propositions with monthly cancellation.
You do — 100%. All intellectual property created during your engagement is assigned to you upon delivery. We sign NDAs before any project discussion, and our contracts make IP ownership clear and unambiguous, including for AI-generated code.
